Are Momentum, Vector, Trace and Relay included?
No. They are optional modules, quoted separately. Screenshots demonstrate available or preview capabilities, not the contents of every commercial package. Trace remains a sample-data preview with production work outstanding.
Can I buy a module for my existing platform?
Yes, you can discuss a standalone module. We first assess your platform, APIs, data access and requirements, then confirm technical feasibility, scope and pricing. Universal compatibility is not promised.
What can the AI do automatically?
Surge combines AI-assisted workflows with the operating experience of iGaming industry veterans. Where supported by the configured model and module entitlement, AI can assist operator workflows and create notes, tasks and tags automatically. Other proposed actions require approval. Availability depends on your configuration; autonomous financial actions are not promised.
How long does a launch take?
We agree a launch plan after scoping. Licensing, provider contracts, payment arrangements, integrations, brand assets and acceptance testing affect timing. There is no guaranteed six-week launch window.
Does Surge provide a gambling licence?
You operate under your own licence and remain responsible for your markets, regulatory requirements, player protection and operating policies. The platform's review queues and controls support your team; they do not replace your legal or compliance responsibilities.
